Hi Nicole – “Business accounts” do not have profiles and therefore do not have “friends”. The only way you will be able to upload photos to your fan page and tag people…is to create a fan page while logged in to your personal account…AND to be “friends” with the people you want to tag.

Something you might want to consider: You can have Facebook “friends” that are “clients” and control their interaction with your personal profile through your privacy settings. You would need to add the “clients” to a specific friends list and then adjust the privacy settings for that friends list.

Can you tag pictures with a fan page? I am a photographer and don’t want my clients to have access to my personal page. Should I create a business account and then a fan page? If I do that will I be able to tag fan’s of my page? Is there a way to create a fan page and tag people using my personal log in? Which do you recommend? Great site…am going to refer people to you.

Is there a way (as there is with a public profile) to choose which of your “fans” is always displayed rather than random list they display now?

Personal accounts and business accounts can both set up as many business (fan) pages as they want. I am the website administrator for a recreation center. We’re setting up our main fb page, but each of our summer camps wants their own individual page to better communicate with parents, etc. Can I create more than one business (fan?) page from the personal account? For example, we’re setting up a personal page under the name of our mascot, then need quite a few pages from there: one for the rec center, one for each of the three camps, then one for each of our childcare locations beginning in the fall. I can’t find anything online to answer this question. Thanks.
